バレエ、ジャズダンスはまずはバーレッスンが基本なので綿密に、基礎をしっかりと調節した上でバーなしで特訓していきます。また筋トレも重視しているのでちょこちょこメニューに追加します。演技、声優に関しては発音をしっかりとしていきたいので声出しももちろんのこと、声帯を鍛えていくをベースに各々にあったトレーニングをします。

筋トレ、ピラティス、ヨガは筋肉を鍛える、整える、伸ばすといった点にフォーカスをしているのでそれを導入します。また、学んだ解剖学などで、筋肉の質を整えたり、正常に機能できるようにしたりとその日の体のコンディションを見ながらしていきます。

オンライン稽古では古典舞踊、創作舞踊、着付け、生徒さんのご希望にそって進めさせていただきます。
浴衣を持ってない方は洋服でやっていただいても構いません。（浴衣・着物の方が日本舞踊の動き方は身体に身につきます。）
お扇子は生徒さんに用意していただくことになりますが、希望者は新品のお扇子を3000円(送料別)で郵送させていただきますので、お気軽に申し付けください。
